The three rest areas spread over three coordination post points (posko), namely the Traffic Post at the Kayu Tangi Roundabout for pilgrims who came from Central Kalimantan, then post at the Nurul Huda Mosque yard on Jalan Ahmad Yani KM 6, and post at the passenger arrival terminal at Tri Sakti Port.
"I urge the congregation to rest if they are tired, to avoid accidents or unwanted things," he said.
Sabana said the resting place post began operating January 13-15, 2024.
The Banjarmasin Police also provides tire patch services for pilgrims who experience tire leaks while traveling.
