At The KPK, Edhy Prabowo Sindir Susi Pudjiastuti's Benur Candy

JAKARTA - Edhy Prabowo said that his policy was to open the export of lobster or fry by revising the ministerial regulation (Permen) Susi Pudjiastuti for the benefit of the community, not for her personal interest. In the Susi era, lobter seeds were prohibited from being caught and exported.

"The candy we made was not based on the minister's wishes, but the public's wish so that the lobster problem, which has not been allowed," said Edhy Prabowo at the KPK building, Jakarta, Monday, February 22.

He claims it is strange that society should be punished for catching lobster seeds in his own country. Even though these natural resources, emphasized Edhy, must be enjoyed by the community. Therefore, he revised Susie's candy.

"(Time) we are not allowed to enjoy the natural resources in our country, now we are turning it on," said Edhy.

Edhy said that when he revised the Susi Pudjiastuti Candy, his party conducted many studies and listened to suggestions from various parties. In fact, it took six months to revise it.

"And after the candy draft was made, we also reported it to the president through the State Secretary and Menseskab, everyone was involved," said Edhy.

In fact, he compared Candy himself with Susi. "Comparable to the past, the candy that previously banned the issuance for only 1 week, is very different. So all of these have academic tests, they have technical tests," he said.

Confirmed that the Candy issued was much better than Susi, Edhy was reluctant to answer. It's just that, claims Edhy, this permit enhances the previous one.

"If on the basis of society that I have to bear the consequences I am in prison, it is already a risk for me," said Edhy.

Meanwhile, Edhy Prabowo became a suspect from the KPK starting from the opening of the fry export cramp. Where he is suspected of receiving bribes from the fry export license.

Even Edhy used this bribe for his personal needs. From shopping for luxury goods abroad, renting out apartments, to modifying the car.
