In that report, Roy Suryo is suspected of violating Article 28 Paragraph (2) juncto Article 45A Paragraph (2) RI Law number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and/or Article 14 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 15 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 207 of the Criminal Code.
