Anies And Ganjar Can Be Surprising In Third Debate

JAKARTA Anies Baswedan and Ganjar Pranowo are said to be able to surprise Prabowo Subianto and the public in the third debate with the theme Defense, Security, International Relations and Geopoliticals, even though they do not have a military background.

According to a political observer, Arifki Chaniago, the theme of the third debate was admitted to be slightly beneficial for Prabowo. Apart from having a long career in the military world, the General Chairperson of Gerindra is also still the Minister of Defense.

"If we read technically and also the issue, Prabowo will understand defense issues better. Prabowo has a military background and Prabowo is the current defense minister. This will be Prabowo's advantage over Anies and Ganjar," he said, Sunday, January 7.

However, he said that he did not rule out the possibility of Anies and Ganjar appearing surprising. With Anies' academic background as a bureaucrat and politician, Arifki is actually curious about what the two Prabowo competing presidential candidates will explain.

"It's good that we look forward to what issues Mr. Anies and Mr. Ganjar will bring to the debate tonight," he said.

As is known, TKN Prabowo-Gibran himself is optimistic that Prabowo will outperform the two other presidential candidates in the third debate of the presidential candidate, Sunday, January 7 evening at Istora Senayan, Jakarta.
