See, Here Are 49 Implementing Regulations For The Job Creation Law

JAKARTA - The government issued 49 implementing regulations from Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. This is done because in its implementation the Job Creation Law requires implementing regulations in the form of Government Regulations and Presidential Regulations.

"The President has stipulated implementing regulations for the Job Creation Law which consists of 45 Government Regulations and 4 Presidential Regulations," said Head of Public Relations Bureau of the State Secretariat, Eddy Cahyono Sugiarto in a written statement, Sunday, February 21.

This technical implementation regulation covers the risk-based business licensing sector; convenience, protection, and empowerment of cooperatives and SMEs; taxation that supports ease of doing business; spatial planning; environmental and forestry; land sector; as well as the labor sector.

The 49 regulations were stipulated by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) and promulgated by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on February 2.

"It is hoped that (this rule, red) can immediately have an impact on efforts to restore the national economy as well as become a momentum for the awakening of the Indonesian nation," he said.

Furthermore, the complete implementation of the Job Creation Law can be accessed through the Legal Documentation and Information Network of the Ministry of State Secretariat www.jdih.setneg.go.id.

The following are the provisions of the Job Creation Law that have been stipulated:
