JAKARTA - The remaining 43 days before the 2024 General Election, instead of arranging the winning strategy well to win the hearts of the people, even making noise in the team itself. The National Winning Team (Timnas) Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar reportedly experienced divisions due to differences of views in implementing the winning strategy.

The split occurred due to a feud between Sudirman Said, the AMIN National Team Co-Captain and the AMIN National Team Head Coach as well as the deputy chairman of the Nasdem Party, namely Ahmad Ali. Ahmad Ali believes that the AMIN National Team does not need to communicate externally with candidate pair number 3 namely Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud MD to face candidate pair number 2 Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka.

According to Ahmad Ali, all parties are competitors in the upcoming 2024 presidential election. And the only collaboration that needs to be built is cooperation with the people to win. However, Sudirman Said did not agree with this opinion. Instead, he considered that this would harm the AMIN national team who was making winning efforts.

Sudirman Said said Ahmad Ali issued a provocative statement and could create disharmony between volunteers and Anies-Cak Imin supporters. He also criticized Ahmad Ali's views that were not in line with the NasDem Party elite, including Surya Paloh. He considered that the NasDem elite had a wider perspective in managing political competitions by seeing opponents as enemies. And without wasting much time, Ahmad Ali immediately conveyed his apology to Sudirman Said if his statement offended and hoped that this polemic would end quickly.

Ali also asked that internal problems not be brought externally, especially to the media crew, because it would harm the AMIN national team itself. Ali also admitted that he would bear all the risks caused by his statement yesterday, including the nickname provocateur for himself in the internal AMIN national team. Watch the video below.
