JAKARTA - The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has given free Umrah invitations to 50 Indonesians from various circles and regions.

"Saudi Arabia helps Muslims around the world, one of which is through the Umrah program of King Salman's invited guests", said Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to Indonesia Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Mudi at the release of King Salman's Invitation Guest Umaah at the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Jakarta as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, January 2.

"This free Umrah program is a form of King Salman's attention to Muslims around the world, especially Indonesia, where the majority of the population is Muslim," he said.

Ambassador Faisal said this invitation was a direct direction from King Salman as well as the kindness of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

"I hope the journey of the congregation is fun and when they return to their homeland can provide a concrete picture of the progress and progress that exists in Saudi Arabia," he added.

The Umrah journey which took place on January 3-14 was a gift from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to the free Hajj program which has been running every year.

According to Ambassador Faisal, the free Umrah and Hajj programs run respectively and anyone can submit the program.

Meanwhile, one of the congregation namedNyayu Khadijah from Palembang admitted that he was happy with the invitation from King Salman.
