JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) said the results of the Kompas Research and Development survey on public satisfaction with the government's performance would be an evaluation material.
"Ya itu semua untuk evaluasi pemerintah, untuk koreksi kalau ada hal yang kurang atau yang perlu diperbaiki,” kata Jokowi di sela-sela kunjungan kerjanya di Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah, Antara, Rabu, 12 Desember.
According to him, the survey results were obtained from field data in general, which could then be used as an evaluation material for the government.
"“As material for repairs, because there is still a lot that needs to be improved," Jokowi said in his online activities.
Based on the Kompas Research and Development survey in December 2023, 73.5 percent of respondents said they were satisfied with the performance of the Jokowi-Ma’ruf government, while 23.6 percent of respondents said they were dissatisfied.
However, this level of satisfaction with the government decreased slightly compared to the survey in August 2023, of which 74.3 percent of respondents expressed their satisfaction with the government.
The periodic survey was conducted using the face-to-face interview method on November 29-4 December 2023. A total of 1,364 respondents were randomly selected using a graded systematic stabbing method in 38 provinces.
In terms of age, respondents aged 26-33 years, over 42 years, and older generations expressed satisfaction with the government's performance.
