Temanggung Targets Number Of Year-End Tourist Visits To Reach 50,000

TEMANGGUNG - The Temanggung Culture and Tourism Office targets that during the holiday period at the end of 2023 tourists in Temanggung, Central Java, it is hoped that it will increase to around 50,000 visitors who come to a number of tourist attractions.

"If the visitors data at the end of 2022 is around 42.000 people, then by the end of this year tourist visitors can reach 50.000 people," said Head of the Temanggung Culture and Tourism Office Hendra Sumaryana in Temanggung, Sunday.

A number of favorite tourist attractions visited by tourists include Pikaran Water Park, Sigandul View, and Posong.

Except for Pikatan Water Park serving water tourism, Sigandul View and Posong offer very beautiful natural scenery.

"We have checked the field for tourists who will visit favorite places, especially those related to safety, then comfort, access, and alertness of the manager," he said.

He conveyed that there are three main parts of tourism, the first is the capacity or connectivity, then supporting infrastructure, such as restaurants, road networks, managers and visitors must run for tourist attractions whose management is better/professional.

"Indeed, if we map it in the master tourism plan of Temanggung Kledung Regency, the first center, then the development of the Ngadirejo area, Sibojak, then Liyangan," he said.

He conveyed that all tourist attractions that are a priority for visiting are still monitored, communicating with the manager.
