Anies Promises Worker Rights And Equal Entrepreneurs If They Win The Presidential Election

BANJARMASIN - Presidential candidate (candidate) number 1 Anies Baswedan promised that the rights between workers and employers would be equal if they won the presidential election in the 2024 election.

"Workers have worked hard to bathe in sweat to prosper the lives of entrepreneurs," Anies said during an election political campaign visit in Banjarmasin City as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, December 5.

Anies brought up that when he was still the Governor of DKI Jakarta, at that time he asked entrepreneurs not to protest the equality of workers' rights and employers in the area.

"We want to offer the idea of prioritizing the principle of justice through policies made if we sit in government seats," he said.

According to Anies, entrepreneurs from various companies and individuals have been given welfare by the state through the performance provided by workers.

Therefore, he asked employers not to object and not to protest if their rights are equalized with workers so that the principle of justice can actually be realized.

Anies alluded to the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) which is currently being discussed from the regions to the center.

For him, if the equal rights of workers and employers have been resolved, then one by one the problems in Indonesia can slowly be handled.

Although all problems cannot be resolved simultaneously, he continued, what is certain is that problems will not be allowed to develop and changes will soon be realized for a better Indonesia.

"The mandate carried by the presidential candidate is very large, so help us and pray that we can give the best for Indonesia," said Anies.
