The situation in Khan Younis today is a surprising reminder when weapons are fired again," saidMartin Griffiths, Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Assistance Coordinator, in a statement quoted by ANTARA from Anadolu, Saturday, December 2.
He said during the humanitarian break, the hostages were released and sick people were receiving treatment. The number of aids entering and crossing Gaza has also increased over the past seven days.
"Today, in just a few hours, many people were reported dead and injured. People were asked to evacuate, once again," he said.
