JAKARTA - A total of 14 ambulances provided by King Salman's Humanitarian Aid Center (KSRelief) have entered the Gaza Strip through the Egyptian-Gaza border gate in Rafah on Friday (1/12).
Six other ambulances immediately arrived in the area, said KSRelief in a written statement received by ANTARA in Jakarta, Saturday, December 2.
The ambulances are equipped with all emergency medical equipment, such as detectors or medical problem monitors, oxygen devices, first aid boxes, burn care equipment, brankars or stretchers, trunks or pawnshops and bandages, as well as other emergency equipment.
The ambulances are part of Saudi Arabia's National Campaign to Support the Palestinian People in the Gaza Strip.
During the Saudi aid campaign for Gaza, 23 aid aircraft carrying more than 542 tons of aid for shelters, food and medical supplies, have arrived in the region to address the urgent humanitarian situation in Gaza.
Two sealift carriers have also been dispatched to deliver additional 101 containers of aid.
