Budiman said that the incident began when the Texsas victim was ordered to buy coffee by the perpetrators of the Cup. He said the victim and the perpetrator were friends.
"The victim was told to buy coffee, the perpetrator was the same age as him. Maybe he was told to buy coffee for 20 thousand, he bought the price for 5 thousand, that's the problem," he said.
