Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the North Lombok Police, AKP I Made Sukadana, confirmed that no suspect has been named in handling the alleged corruption case of the solar-powered drilling well construction project.

"In this case there are no suspects," said Sukadana, quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, October 25.

Investigations in this case are still waiting for the results of the audit of the calculation of state financial losses (PKKN) from the NTB Representative BPKP.

"Later, after the PPKN results are available, maybe there will need other equipment, we will complete it. If so, then we will hold it at the NTB Regional Police regarding who will be the suspects," he said.

Sukadana said that all evidence at the investigation stage had been completed, both in terms of witness statements and documentary evidence.

"All the documents are all over, it's just a matter of completing this latest development regarding the loss," he said.

In handling cases, investigators have pocketed state losses as a result of an investigative audit from BPKP worth Rp455 million.

Auditors see the state loss figures appearing in this case as a total loss. The auditors drew such conclusions seeing allegations of distribution and specifications of tools that were not in accordance with the planning.

"Yes, basically the tool cannot be used, the device is stalled because it does not match specifications," said Sukadana.

The project, named the shallow groundwater irrigation work package and the completeness of the solar-powered water pump, was carried out in the 2016 fiscal year.

The installation of the equipment is located at three points spread across Pemenang and Tanjung sub-districts, North Lombok Regency.

The work on the project, which was realized through the North Lombok Food and Agriculture Security Service, used the 2016 APBD funds. This case was first reported by community groups.
