Acquaintance With The Match Finding App, This Fitness Coach Responds To A 20-year-old Girl From West Java

JAKARTA - The police arrested a fitness coach named Fajar Eka (26), for allegedly raping a woman from West Java with the initials TN (20). The incident occurred at The Mansion Bougenville Apartment, Tower Gloria, 11th Floor Number A-2, Trembesi Street, East Pademangan, Pademangan, Sunday, September 24, at 01.00 WIB.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Pademangan Police, AKP I Gede Gustiyana, confirmed that the incident occurred.

"The perpetrator was immediately arrested in the apartment," said Gustiyana when confirmed, Sunday, October 15.

The incident began when the victim became acquainted with the perpetrator through the online matchmaking application.

They communicated intensely until they finally had a meeting.

"Initially he was invited to eat, chat, until late at night. The perpetrator asked the victim to continue talking at his apartment. The victim refused, only by persuasion by not doing anything, finally the victim agreed," he said.

Arriving at the Apartment, the perpetrator immediately forced the perpetrator to sexually harass. The victim actually fought back. However, because of the greater physicality of the perpetrator, the sexual intercourse occurred.

It is known that the victim actually intended to contact his mother, but the perpetrator failed.

Fajar immediately took the cellphone and carried out a confiscation by the perpetrator.

"After the perpetrator's apartment started acting against the victim, the victim fought back, because he lost physically and with energy. Coincidentally, the perpetrator was a fitness coach. He was forced to resist, eventually sexually harassed," he said.

After committing the abuse, after a few hours, the perpetrator again forced the victim to have sex. The victim fought back.

"The victim cried, after a few hours, it was done again," he said.

Gustiyana said that when the time entered the dawn or at 04.30 WIB, the victim intended to pray at dawn and asked Fajar for a cellphone. The reason is, in his prayer he always reads the Qur'an from his cellphone application.

"The prayer wanted to pray at dawn, then the victim said after the dawn prayer, read the Koran on his cellphone, so where did you use it when you contacted his mother," he said.

"Incidentally, the perpetrator came out and was locked from the apartment, from there he contacted his parents. Coincidentally, the victim's parents, ART, from this employer, immediately met 110," he added.

The police, who received the report, immediately investigated the crime scene (TKP).

Arriving at the location, the police initially had difficulty finding the whereabouts of the victim.

"The victim did not know what the apartment was, he didn't know what number. Finally, we communicated with the victim, we advised the victim to be on the balcony. At that time the victim could invite communication. After all, we are one of the apartments," he said.

Fajar, who did not know if the victim contacted the police, finally returned to his apartment room. The police, who knew where his room was, moved and arrested the perpetrator.

"There, he made an attempt to force him to dismantle the door of the room from the perpetrator. In fact, we secured the perpetrator. The victim is in a state of shock, we rescued him, we took him to the pademangan police station, we also asked for help to the ppa unit police station," he said.

The suspect has been named a suspect for the actions he put forward. Meanwhile, the victim was brought to the PPA unit for legal assistance and trauma healing.

"Article 6 letter a of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence in conjunction with Article 285 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with 285 of the Criminal Code with the threat of imprisonment of 12 years or over 7 years," he concluded.
