Not Greeted By Jokowi At Volunteer Events, PSI Chairman Kaesang Talks This

Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Kaesang Pangarep revealed the reason why President Joko Widodo, who is also his father, did not greet him during the Jokowi Alap-Alap Volunteer Coordination Meeting in Sentul, Bogor Regency, West Java.

Kaesang admitted that he had left the location of the event when Jokowi delivered directions to the volunteers at Sentul International Convention Center (SICC).

"Well, right, we didn't meet there," said Kaesang Pangarep, quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, October 7.

Before Jokowi arrived at SICC, said Kaesang, he and Erina Gudono had left the building.

"Don't see me there. I didn't really meet there," he said.

Apart from Sentul, Kaesang also admitted that he did not meet directly with Jokowi at the National Leadership Meeting (Rapimnas) of the Jokowi Young Ulama Solidarity (Samawi) at Istora Senayan, Jakarta, Saturday afternoon.

Kaesang tiba di Istora Senayan sebelum Jokowi menghadiri kegiatan tersebut. Setelah sekitar 20 menit di lokasi, dia dan kelompok PSI meninggalkan Istora Senayan untuk menuju ke Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) mengunjungi Inacraft2023.

Previously, at the Jokowi Alap-Alap Volunteer Coordination Meeting in Sentul, Jokowi did not greet Kaesang as PSI chairman. Jokowi only mentioned the name of PSI Board of Trustees Giring Ganesha.
