Police Arrest 5 People From The Fredy Pratama Network, Couriers To Drug Results Money Managers

JAKARTA - The National Police's Narcotics Abuse and Circulation Task Force has again arrested five people who were involved in the narcotics kingpin Fredy Pratama. They are involved in the circulation to the management of money from drug sales.

"The drug handling task force has also re-arrested 5 suspects in the FP network related to TPA (original criminal acts) and narcotics money laundering offenses," said Head of the Narcotics Abuse and Dark Circulation Task Force, Inspector General Asep Adi Suheri, to reporters, Tuesday, October 3.

The five people who were arrested and named as suspects had the initials MBS who acted as couriers. Then, A, H, NU and DAK. They are said to have received and managed money and assets resulting from the sale of narcotics from the Fredy Pratama network.

"So that the total number of suspects arrested by the drug control task force is 44 suspects," he said

Not only that, said Asep, the task force led by him also designated two members of the Fredy Pratama network as fugitives with the initials TH and N alias S.

Previously, the National Police had arrested 39 people who were believed to be involved in the Fredy Pratama network. The arrests were made in several parts of Indonesia.

Fredy Pratama is the leader of one of the largest drug kingpins in Indonesia. His network has circulated 10.2 tons of crystal methamphetamine in the last three years.

In fact, Fredy is said to have a drug business relationship with the Golden Triangle or Golden Triangle network.
