Ganjar: Ahead Of Political Year Must Be Healthy, Healthy And Mind Waras

JAKARTA - Before attending the Hanura Party's healthy road event in Tugu Pahlawan, Surabaya, East Java on Sunday, October 1, Ganjar Pranowo still took the time to run in the morning.

On this occasion, Ganjar was accompanied by Siti Atiqoh and invited the public to exercise in order to maintain health.

Ganjar expressed his admiration for the people of East Java who have been present since the morning to participate in this sports activity. For him, exercise is the best investment to maintain the health of the body and mind.

"The people of East Java all like sports, everyone wakes up early, walking bicycles, gymnastics, running, it's the best investment to maintain health. Anyone wants to get sick? Anyone wants to be healthy? The sports one week raises their hands, not bad. Two times a week raise their hands," said Ganjar in his speech.

The presidential candidate promoted by PDIP also mentioned that usually women are diligent in exercising. They can be an inspiration for others to start a healthy life.

"Usually mothers, women's halos are usually diligent in sports and are exemplified to others so that everyone can take care of themselves in a healthy life," said Ganjar.

Ganjar Pranowo invites the public to maintain sports, especially ahead of the political atmosphere. For him, exercising is not only physically maintained, but also mental and heart health.

"Sports, invite a healthy life and of course, before our political atmosphere we also have to stay healthy, we still have to be sane, right, sane mind and we will have a great speech so that our fellow citizens are ready to face elections with a clean heart with good words and think positively," said Ganjar.

Finally, Ganjar emphasized that people who take part in the healthy road event should maintain cleanliness and not litter.

"We will walk healthy until we meet later on the streets while greeting the community. Watch out, don't spill, okay, keep clean, okay, thank you, I love you full," said Ganjar.
