"A total of 138 units are just waiting for the budget plan for the facilitator team, we will give a grace period of 10 days to be paid," he said.

Based on the verification results, 10 housing units changed their status from weight to moderate, later they will invite the public to be submitted.

"Meanwhile, 33 units receive double assistance, which we will collect data such as names, sources of assistance, and must meet the requested requirements," he explained.

Furthermore, 717 housing units that have been verified by the technical team in the field, with details of 504 housing units, can start the construction process, 209 units cannot be carried out in the construction process due to a status down assessment.

Meanwhile, four units have not been verified by the field technical team. A total of seven housing units that built independently reimbursement have completed the filing and are in the process of being disbursed.

"Of these 504 that can start construction, we will give a grace period of about two months," he said.
