Winner Of 2012 TKI Protection System Procurement Project Allegedly Conditioned

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suspects that there was a consolidation of participants in the auction project for the procurement of Indonesia's labor protection system at the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) in 2012. This allegation was investigated by two civil servants from the Ministry of Manpower, Indra Yudha Kusuma and Hadi Suyanto. Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri said the examination of the two witnesses was carried out on Wednesday, September 6 yesterday. They were investigated about the consolidation of the winner of the auction. "The two witnesses were present and their knowledge was explored, among others, related to the consolidation of certain parties to be won in the auction project for the procurement of the TKI protection system at the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower," Ali told reporters, Thursday, September 7. Not only that, investigators are also investigating the project committee. Ali said, it was suspected that they did not work according to the rules. "In addition, it is also confirmed the alleged safety of the auction which does not work in accordance with the rule of law," he said. As previously reported, the KPK said that there were three suspects named in the corruption case at the Ministry of Manpower. Although the KPK has not yet submitted it, the Secretary of the Planning and Development Agency of the Ministry of Manpower I Nyoman Darmanta is reportedly involved.
