JAKARTA - Member of Commission IX DPR Edy Wuryanto proposed several steps to control Jakarta's air pollution to the Ministry of Health in a working meeting in the DPR. One of them is asking the government to accelerate the movement of the nation's capital city (IKN). Initially, Edi asked the Minister of Health (Menkes) Budi Gunadi Sadikin to conduct a massive mask campaign to the public to overcome the bad effects of air pollution in Jakarta. "In my opinion, the Minister needs this massive mask campaign. The Minister of Health has not yet made efforts to use masks. If you keep your distance, wash your hands, that's COVID-19," said Edy at the DPR building, Jakarta, Wednesday, August 30. In theory, continued the PDIP politician, air pollution control was indeed carried out by saving the emissions of the motor vehicle industry and dust control.
