The 36-second video was uploaded to the Twitter account @rinafarzia (which now cannot be seen in general). He said that this incident took place in a special carriage for women on Saturday, February 22 at around 21.15 WIB.

This incident occurred when a mother sat on the priority bench. He brought the food and put it on the empty bench next to it. Then, he was reprimanded by the officers to move the food down so that it would not disturb other passengers who were going to sit down.

However, instead of receiving a warning from the security officer, the mother was angry at a woman who was sitting in the priority seat. The mother pulled, grabbed and even slapped the woman. This action was later discovered by a security officer who immediately intervened the two of them.
