JAKARTA - The Riau Islands Regional Police have revealed cases of sexual abuse against minors using seduction and an allowance of IDR 1,000.

"What is clear is that this suspect has already served a sentence in a murder case, this suspect is a recidivist and I am sure that the sentence will be even harsher," he said.
