Pelindo Subholding Agrees On Maritime Cooperation With Maxwell

The Pelindo Jasa Maritime Subholding (SPJM) part of Pelindo Group agreed with the Maxwell Ship Management PTE, LTD. to cooperate in the field of maritime Affairs (Marine).

"SPJM is a subholding of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) or Pelindo whose services are currently working with Maxwell," said Director of SPJM Prasetyadi as quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, August 26.

He said the SPJM provides maritime services, as well as equipment services (equipment), and other port facility services.

Meanwhile, Maxwell is a company based in Singapore and founded in 2020, engaged in ship management services, barge operators, tugboats, and bumboats and has experience in his business by serving ship management in international waters.

In this regard, the two of them synergize and agree on cooperation in maritime services with the principles of professionalism and good governance.

This was stated in the Memorandum of Understanding which was signed by both parties in Batam.

"SPJM is ready to collaborate by considering our experience and Maxwell is quite wide and varied", said Prasetyadi.

He said the business potential that can be collaborated is quite broad. Moreover, SPJM also has 6 subsidiaries that make it possible to collaborate with affiliated companies from Maxwell.

In the future, both SPJM and Maxwell will cooperate with maritime services that are not limited to guidance services, delays, ship loading transfers, waste management and other related services.

Meanwhile, Maxwell also hopes to continue with your mutual benefits and be ready to collaborate with the SPJM Group.

The two parties also agreed to help each other in matters deemed necessary for the implementation of cooperation in the future.
