Oklin Fia Hasn't Been A Suspect Yet, Police Still Collect Evidence And Opinions Of Expert Witnesses

The Central Jakarta Metro Police have not arrested the Oklin Fia celebrity on reports of alleged blasphemy against video content 'floating ice cream' at men's pubic points.

Currently, investigators from the Central Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit are still collecting data and the number of expert witnesses for additional information.

"The reported party has not been (arrested). Experts are still being questioned," said Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Komarudin when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, August 22.

As for Tuesday afternoon, the Executive Board of the Indonesian Muslim Student Union (PB SMMI) will visit the Central Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters regarding the continuation of reporting on the Oklin Fia celebrity.

Previously, the Head of Law and Human Rights of the Executive Board of the Indonesian Muslim Student Union (PB SMMI) of the Arisastra Desert stated that the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) was ready to become an expert witness in the case of alleged blasphemy by the Oklin Fia celebrity.

"Alhamdulillah, MUI is willing to be an expert witness. For pornography and a tight-clad headscarf, there has been a fatwa stating that it is haram. Meanwhile, Oklin Fia's blasphemy is still under MUI studies," said the Desert when confirmed by VOI, Sunday, August 20.

The Desert said it had conveyed to MUI the actions of the Oklin Fia celebrity through social media accounts. Later, MUI will become an expert witness in the case.

"This is important, as a consideration for investigators to add articles of suspicion to Oklin Fia," he said.
