The Body Of A Woman Found In The Old Well Of Gowa, Had A Quarrel With My Father Because Of An Unauthorized Love Relationship

GOWA - The body of a woman was found in an old well in Pammantoang Village, Botonompo, Gowa, South Sulawesi. The victim, named Rahmatia, disappeared on January 27.

His body was found on Monday, February 1 when a resident was looking for bamboo shoots near the old well where the victim was found.

"The witness smelled an unpleasant odor emanating from an old well not far from his position looking for bamboo shoots. The witness then looked at the old well he found the victim's body in the well floating face down in creamy shorts and green negligee," he said. Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Gowa Police, Jufri Natsir, was contacted by VOI, Tuesday, February 2.

According to the police, the victim allegedly had an argument with his parents. The next morning, this woman was not at home.

"Since then, a search for the victim has been carried out but no one has been found," he said.

From the police investigation, it was found that the victim was suspected of experiencing depression because her relationship with her lover was not approved by her parents. In their daily lives the victim often quarrels with his parents.

This woman's body was taken to the Bhayangkara Hospital in Makassar. But the family refused an autopsy.

"It's been investigated," said Jufri.
