Returned From The Prosecutor's Office, Bareskrim Will Again Hand Over 4 Files Of Violations To The Rizieq Shihab Health Center

JAKARTA - Bareskrim Polri again submitted the investigation file for the alleged violation of the health protocol with the suspect Rizieq Shihab to the Attorney General's Office.

Previously, the Attorney General's Office returned this file on January 27 because the prosecutor thought the file was incomplete.

"Today the case files are transferred back to the prosecutor," said the Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Andi Rian, to VOI, Tuesday, February 2.

Not only Rizieq Shihab's investigation file, said Andi, the case files for the other three suspects namely Hari Ubaidillah, Maman Suryadi, Ahmad Sobri Lubis, Ali bin Ali Alatas, and Idrus were also handed over.

"All of the case files on the alleged violation of the Prokes we submit," he said.

The four files returned were files for the suspect Rizieq who was suspected of Article 160 of the Criminal Code and / or Article 93 of Law Number 6 of 2018 concerning Jo's Health Quarantine. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st KUHP and Article 216 KUHP Jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code.

Then, the second file returned for the suspect Hari Ubaidillah, Maman Suryadi, Ahmad Sobri Lubis, Ali bin Ali Alatas and Idrus on suspicion of violating Article 93 of Law Number 6 of 2018 concerning Jo's Health Quarantine. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st KUHP and Article 216 KUHP Jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code.

This file is related to the crowd case that took place in KS Tubun, Petambutan and Tebet, South Jakarta.

Furthermore, the third file that was returned was the case file involving the President Director of the Bogor City UMMI Hospital, Doctors Andi Tatat and Rizieq Shihab. In this case, they are suspected of Article 14 and / or Article 15 of Law Number 1 of 1946 concerning Criminal Law Regulations and / or Article 14 Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (2) of Law Number 4 of 1984 concerning Contagious Disease Outbreaks and / or Article 216 Criminal Code Jo. Article 55 KUHP and / or Article 56 KUHP.

Finally, the case file on the alleged violation of the health protocol in Megamendung, Bogor with the suspect Rizieq Shihab. In this case, Rizieq is alleged to have violated Article 14 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of Law Number 4 of 1984 concerning Contagious Disease Outbreaks and / or Article 93 of Law Number 6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine and / or Article 216 of the Criminal Code.
