Deputy Chief of Police, Komjen Agus Andrianto, spoke about information that stated that there was a delivery of the cause of the death of Bripda Ilantius Dwi Frisco Sirage (IDF) to his family not because he was shot but because he was seriously ill.

According to him, the delivery of the information is possible to maintain the feelings of Bripda Ignatius Dwi Frisco Sirage's parents.

"Yes, if for example they are immediately given information that their son died, it will definitely raise questions. Because the information is sick, of course, with the hope that it will not be shocked, I think with that consideration," Agus told reporters quoted on Thursday, August 3.

With this consideration, the family was not immediately informed about the actual incident. However, Agus emphasized that in handling this case nothing was covered up.

In the end, the real facts were conveyed to the family. In fact, the determination of two police officers as suspects was announced openly.

"If his son dies, any parent will be shocked. So with sick information, he looks dead," he said.

"After all, everything was not covered up, everything was opened. This means that the victim's family can see that the body in question is not closed, and is free to open," continued Agus.

On a different occasion, the Director of General Criminal Investigation at the West Java Police, Kombes Surawan, denied and claimed that he had never informed the family about the cause of the death of Bripda Ignatius Dwi Frisco Sirage, not because he was shot.

"No one of us conveyed anything like that," he said.

In fact, regarding the information on the serious illness received by the family, the West Java Police will investigate it.

"Regarding the information received by the family that the victim was seriously ill, we are investigating again," said Surawan.

Previously it was reported that Bripda IDF's father, Y Pandi, said that initially the family did not suspect the death of his son. The police said his son was suffering from a serious illness. However, this raises questions.

"From that language I thought, my son was never sick, just being healthy. How come suddenly there is a saying of a strong illness," he said at his residence in Melawi, Wednesday, July 26 night.

This confused the family. So that finally the family speculated that Bripda IDF had an accident. However, at that time, he was also told that Bripda IDF had been treated in the ICU room, which should have been able to receive intensive care.

"But if there is no accident, it is impossible to get to the ICU. At least if the accident broke a leg, a hand. That made us suspicious, so we asked what our child's condition was and why and how he was not given an explanation," he said.

Pandi said that the family only found out the cause of Bripda IDF's death after being asked to come to the Police Hospital. At that time, the core team from the National Police Headquarters told the chronology of the IDF death incident.

"That was after the core team from Headquarters and Densus 88. But the language was not shot. They took a gun from a bag, suddenly a firearm exploded on my child's victim. That was an explanation from the Headquarters and Densus 88 Anti-terror," said Pandi.
