After Witnessing The Case, The Family Of Bripda IDF Will Report Bripda IMS And Bripka IG To The Criminal Investigation Unit Of The Police

BOGOR The family of the late Bripda Ignatius Dwi Frisco Sirage (IDF) plans to report two police officers from the Special Detachment (Densus) 88 Anti-terror Police Bripda IMS and Bripka IG on charges of premeditated murder to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.

They will report Bripda IMS and Bripka IG after witnessing the case at the Bogor Resort Police, Tuesday, August 1, yesterday.

Brigadier Ignatius' attorney, Jajang said that he would report to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police on August 4-5, 2023, under Article 340 of the Criminal Code.

"The plan is for the 4-5 (August) to go to the National Police Headquarters," said Jajang in a short message, Wednesday, August 2.

Jajang said the basis that made the party make a report on Article 340 of the Criminal Code was when the victim was invited by witness AN until he had prepared a weapon to shoot Bripda Ignatius.

In addition, it was strengthened by evidence of chat (conversation) of the victim's lover who explained that the situation at the victim's office was not conducive for a long time.

"It seems that there is an element of intent in the declaration. That the weapon has really been prepared. Then there is a pause, witness AN makes a call via a loudspeaker," he said.

Bripda Ignatius was shot dead by his colleague on Sunday (July 23) at the Police Flat, Cikeas, Bogor Regency, West Java.

Two members of the National Police from the Special Detachment (Densus) 88 Anti-terror Police have been named as suspects, namely Bripda IMS and Bripka IG. Both were declared to have violated the code of ethics for the category of serious violations and the criminal act of Article 338.

Bripda IMS is subject to Article 338 or Article 359 of the Criminal Code and/or Law Number 12 of 1951. Meanwhile, the suspect Bripka IG is subject to Article 338 in conjunction with Article 56 and/or Article 359 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the Criminal Code and/or the Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951.

Both face the death penalty, or life imprisonment or a temporary prison sentence of up to 20 years
