The family of former Kostrad Commander Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Kemal Idris won a inheritance house lawsuit at the South Jakarta District Court (PN). The lawsuit was filed by two children of the 2nd Presidential-era general Suharto, Firrouz Muzzaffar Idris and Anggreswari Ratna Kemawati.

"Declaring that the defendant I's actions that have stored and have not returned the Certificate of Ownership of the dispute belonging to the Plaintiffs are unlawful acts," said the judge.

The defendant now has 14 days to appeal. Meanwhile, Anggreswari Ratna Kemalawati said she was satisfied and hoped that the decision would immediately have permanent legal force.
"I'm happy with this decision, because it belongs to my family," said Anggreswari accompanied by his lawyers, Yayan Riyanto and Veridiano LF Bili.
