Medan District Court Judge Rejects Child Expert AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan Persecution Ken Admiral

The panel of judges at the Medan District Court (PN), North Sumatra, rejected the exception or objection note of AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan's son, Aditiya Hasibuan, against the Public Prosecutor's (JPU) indictment in the case of persecution of Ken Admiral.

"The trial, stated that the defendant Aditiya Abdul Ghani Hasibuan's lawsuit was not accepted," said Chief Judge Nelson Panjaitandilan as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, July 13.

The panel of judges ordered the prosecutor to continue the case of persecution against Ken Admiral for trial.

"Ordered the examination of criminal cases Number 1127/Pid.B/2023/PN Mdn on behalf of Aditiya Abdul Ghani Hasibuan. As well as suspending court fees until the final verdict," said Nelson.

Previously, the Medan District Court began to try the defendant Aditiya Hasibuan who was suspected of molesting and destroying the victim Ken Admiral at the local Medan District Court, Wednesday.

"On Sunday 11 December 2022 at around 16:00 WIB, the victim's witness sent a chat via Instagram message to the defendant to ask what relationship with witness Savira Husna who was a close friend of the victim," Randi said in front of the panel of judges chaired by Nelson Panjaitan.

Then the victim cursed the defendant through thechatter message. In short, on December 21, 2023, the defendant saw the victim at the Tasbi I Complex in Medan.

At around 23.00 WIB, the defendant invited the victim to fight, but the victim's witness refused. Annoyed, the defendant hit the victim three times on the face, then the defendant kicked the victim's car mirror.

Then at around 2:30 WIB, Ken Admiral and his friend went to the defendant's house on Jalan Guru Sinumba, Medan, to ask for compensation and be held accountable for the beating.

According to Randi, the defendant came out with witnesses Nico Setiawan and AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan and others. Furthermore, the defendant came to the victim's witness, then between the victim's witness and the defendant was involved in an argument, at that time the defendant allegedly hit the victim's head and face.

As a result of his actions, according to the panel of judges, the defendant was charged with Article 351 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 351 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code and Article 406 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
