SURABAYA - The Surabaya City Government (Pemkot) is targeting COVID-19 vaccination for health human resources at the end of January 2021. The human resources in question are all health human resources, from health workers to employees who work in all Health Service Facilities (Fasyankes).

"We estimate that all targets who have obtained electronic tickets (e-tickets) will be completed on January 29. We are continuing to strive for acceleration," said Head of the Surabaya City Health Office, Febria Rachmanita, in Surabaya, Wednesday, January 27.

Febria explained that each of the 111 health facilities in Surabaya will receive the Sinovac vaccine which is stored at the UPTD Pharmacy Warehouse Surabaya. The mechanism is, the distribution of the vaccine is adjusted to the target recipient data.

"If it meets the criteria, then the vaccine will be distributed directly to each health care facility that has been designated as a Covid 19 vaccination service post. In essence, those that have met the requirements for injection are distributed according to their quota," he said.

According to Febria, currently vaccination in the City of Heroes does not use SMS blasts. After prospective vaccine recipients receive an e-ticket from the central government, his party will regulate the technicality of vaccination, starting from registration, recording, implementation to reporting, currently managed by the Primary Care Vaccination (P-Care) application system.

"Well, this data is obtained from the Central Government One Data application (PUSDATIN / KPC-PEN). From that system, the central government will provide data via electronic ticket (e-ticket) to the Surabaya Health Office. Only after that, we return it to the hospital or Health facilities to vaccinate potential vaccine recipients, "he said.

Next, for the verification of potential vaccine recipients, Kadinkes explained, when a potential vaccine recipient comes to the health facility, first he must show his population identification number (NIK) for double checking. If when inputted the name of the potential vaccine recipient is already on the P-Care and already has an e-ticket, then he or she has passed the first screening.

"If when the NIK is inputted, the identity of the P-Care has not come out, then the person concerned has not received an e-ticket, then he cannot be vaccinated. Even though he has registered in the information system but has not received the e-ticket. on P-Care, "said Febria.

Based on data from the Surabaya Health Office, the number of health human resources, both health workers and non-health workers, such as office staff, drivers and cleaners at the Surabaya Health Care Center who had received the vaccine was 15,598 people as of January 26, 2021. Meanwhile, the number of health human resources who have received e-tickets reached 25,273 people.

"So from the total target number of 31,840 who have received e-tickets is 25,273. So that figure is what we are maximizing to finish until the end of the month," he said.
