If The Related Authority Is Not Sued, Ganjar Pranowo Is Ready To Respond Directly To Residents' Complaints

JAKARTA - Now residents of Central Java (Central Java) do not need to bother if they want to submit a complaint. The Governor of Central Java (Central Java), Ganjar Pranowo, invited Central Java residents to use the available lines of communication, ranging from village heads, sub-district heads, regents, to directly to him if they wanted to submit a complaint.

The request was submitted by Ganjar Pranowo via his official Twitter account, @ganjar_pranowo.

"If the work can be fast like this, it's good. Sat-sets. For my other brothers, every complaint can be reported directly to the village head, to the sub-district head, and regent," said Ganjar.

"If there is no response, it could also be to me (Twitter) @LaporGub. It's so cool (that's it)," he added.

Ganjar Pranowo encouraged government officials at various levels not to ignore complaints from the public. He hopes that every report is well received, complaints are heard, and follow-up is carried out.

According to him, good cooperation between the government and the community will bring progress in the future.

Previously, Ganjar Pranowo had instructed his staff to accept residents' complaints properly and take the necessary actions.

Recently, he has also focused his attention on complaints about damaged road conditions through his personal Twitter account. Ganjar Pranowo asked all levels of government in Central Java to immediately deal with the problem.

"I continue to encourage both regents, mayors, sub-district heads, and village heads not to be allergic to complaints. Let's serve the community well, listen to the complaints, follow up on the report. This way we can get better in the future," said the Governor of Central Java for two periods.

Furthermore, Ganjar Pranowo urged the Provincial Government (Pemprov), Regency Government (Pemkab), and Central Java City Government (Pemkot) to jointly resolve the problem of damaged roads.

He invited all parties to take advantage of the current good weather conditions by accelerating the repair of damaged or potholed roads.

In addition, the construction of several roads in Central Java also continues to be accelerated, such as Solo-Grobogan, Pati-Rembang, Pantura Semarang-Demak-Kudus, Blora, Banjarnegara, and others.

Apart from going through the government level, Ganjar Pranowo also showed his attention to public complaints through the Twitter account @LaporGub.

The account is a forum for Central Java residents to convey their concerns and aspirations regarding the surrounding conditions. Ganjar Pranowo invited the people of Central Java to convey their aspirations and complaints through the governor's link.
