Acting Governor Of DKI Asks Owners Of Pluit Shophouses To Unload Buildings That Take Road Bahuts

JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta, Heru Budi Hartono, asked shop house owners (ruko) in Pluit, North Jakarta to demolish their buildings independently if found guilty.

"I hope they dismantle it themselves," Heru said as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, May 19.

Heru said that currently the Mayor of West Jakarta and several related Regional Apparatus Work Units (SKPD) were reviewing the problem in the field.

If there is a violation, his party will provide a warning letter (SP) 1, 2,3 to the demolition of the building.

However, he did not mention in detail the Regional Regulation (Perda) which regulates the demolition of buildings.

Previously, the Head of RT 011/RW 03 Pluit Riang Prasetya questioned the existence of a shophouse building because it occupied the Jalan Niaga, Penjaringan area, North Jakarta, which was originally intended for social and public facilities (fasos and fasum).

The total number of shophouses in Pluit, Penjaringan, North Jakarta, questioned by the Head of the RT amounted to 42 units. The shophouses are located in Block Z4 Utara and Block Z8 Selatan.

An intensive technical coordination meeting was held at the North Jakarta Mayor's Office in the next one to two days since Monday (15/5) with an agenda for collecting data and documents.

PT Jawa Barat Indah (JBI) and PT Jakpro (Perseroda) were also involved in the meeting with the facilitator from the North Jakarta City Government because JBI is a shophouse developer.

Meanwhile, PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) used to be the Pluit Land Management Agency (BPL) which was the party that received the land that had been handed over by PT JBI for social-fasum facilities.

In addition to closing the issue with related parties, the North Jakarta City Government through the Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Land Sub-Department is also preparing technical recommendations (rekomtek) as the basis for the provision of a demolition warning letter (SP) if it turns out that there is a population of social-fasum facilities by a shophouse building on Jalan Niaga.

Head of the North Jakarta City Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Land Sub-dept. Jogi Harjudanto said the demolition SP would be given if it was confirmed that the shophouse building section occupied the fasum social facilities which had an impact on narrowing of road-owned spaces.

Such as waterways to pedestrian paths standing without a permit and not having a right (certificate) basis. "We estimate that the recommendation will be completed in the next one or two days," he said.

Furthermore, the North Jakarta City Satpol PP was followed up by issuing a SP for the demolition of the building that took room for the social-fasum facilities.
