YOGYAKARTA The Confederation of All Indonesian Trade Unions (KSPSI) stated that it would go far to support the Governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo as a presidential candidate.

KSPI President Andi Gani Nena Wea claims that many labor organizations under KSPI will support Ganjar in the 2024 presidential election.

"KSPI as the largest labor confederation in Indonesia will all out to support Pak Ganjar Pranowo," said Andi when he was about to meet Ganjar at the Central Java Provincial Government Representative Office in the Kebayoran area, Jakarta, Monday, May 1, 2023.

Andi explained that the strength of workers in Indonesia is very large. From the survey results, there are 55 million workers in Indonesia and 7.8 million migrant workers. If multiplied by their partner, the number is very large.

"So we are optimistic that we will win Pak Ganjar. We have won the election three times. One DKI gubernatorial election with Pak Jokowi, then the 2014 and 2019 presidential elections, a hat trick," said Andi.
