The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned the manager of the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Sarana Jaya as a witness in the alleged corruption case in the land acquisition of Pulogebang, Cakung, East Jakarta, in 2018-2019. Ali added that the KPK today also summoned a former member of the DKI Jakarta DPRD for the 2014-2019 period James Arifin Sianipar, as a witness in the same case. KPK investigators plan to examine the three witnesses at the KPK's Red and White Building, Setiabudi, South Jakarta. The KPK is currently investigating a case of alleged corruption in land acquisition in Pulo Gebang, East Jakarta, by Perumda Sarana Jaya in 2018-2019. KPK investigators revealed that they had named a suspect in the case. However, the KPK has not been able to convey the parties with the status of suspects or the description of the alleged crime that occurred. This will be conveyed by the KPK after the investigation is deemed sufficient. "After sufficient, surely the KPK will fully announce the results of the investigation of this case, including the party as a suspect," said Ali Fikri. He said that the collection of evidence was still ongoing by scheduling the summons of various parties as witnesses.
