Indomaret on Jalan Kramat 4, Kwitang Village, Senen District, Central Jakarta caught fire, Tuesday, March 21. One of the residents reported the fire to the Central Jakarta Damkar office at around 09.18 WIB.
"The cause is suspected to be an electrical short circuit. The object that caught fire was the 2nd floor of the Indomaret retail shop," said Head of Central Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept., Asril Rizal when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, March 21.
After receiving reports of the fire, the Central Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept. deployed 4 fire engines with 16 personnel to the location of the fire. The fire was successfully localized at 09.30 WIB.
"The cooling process was completed at 09.40 WIB and the blackout was completed at 10.17 WIB. Currently, the status is green, aka outages. The blackout process is complete," he said.
