Submit The 2022 Financial Report To The BPK, Acting Governor Heru Hopes That DKI Will Get WTP

JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono submitted the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's (LKPD) financial report for the 2022 fiscal year to the DKI Jakarta Representative Audit Agency. Heru together with the Head of BPK RI DKI Jakarta Representative Ayub Amali signed the memorandum of understanding as a symbol of the submission of the LKPD. From this submission, Heru hopes that the DKI Provincial Government can obtain an unqualified predicate (WTP) on the results of the 2022 APBD financial report examination by the BPK. Thus, this WTP opinion can be accepted by DKI for six consecutive years. DKI has again received WTP opinions since the examination of financial statements from 2017 to 2021, when Anies Baswdan was still the Governor of DKI Jakarta. "We hope that the BPK RI Representative of DKI Jakarta can provide guidance, suggestions, and input as well as corrections, so that the management of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government can be better, more accountable, and obtain an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) on the 2022 LKPD, as the 6th consecutive opinion on the LKPD this time," said Heru, Monday, March 20. Heru explained that the submission of the report was still in accordance with Law Number 1 of 2004 Article 56 Paragraph (3), which stated that the regional government's financial statements were submitted to BPK no later than 3 months after the end of the fiscal year. "I am grateful that this LKPD can be completed on time. This is proof of our commitment to realize accountability in financial management and goods," he said. Then, according to the mandate of Permendagri Number 4 of 2008 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Reviu on the Financial Statements of the Regional Government, Heru said that the 2022 LKPD had been reviewed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Inspectorate. The Reviu includes a limited assessment of the reliability of the Internal Control System and its Compliance with Government Accounting Standards. For information, the total APBD for Fiscal Year 2022 is 82.81 trillion, an increase of 2.92 trillion or 3.66 percent compared to the total APBD for Fiscal Year 2021 of 79.89 trillion. From the APBD, the realization of revenues was 77.99 trillion or 94.18 percent and the realization of expenditures was 69.37 trillion or 83.76 percent. In addition, the total assets of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as of December 31, 2022, amounted to 652.86 trillion, an increase of 108.36 trillion or 19.90 percent compared to the position as of December 31, 2021, amounting to 544.50 trillion.
