Curhatan Warganet Asked Bansos For Pregnant Women And Toddlers On Instagram Of The Ministry Of Social Affairs

JAKARTA - The government, through the Ministry of Social Affairs, has begun distributing Social Assistance, aka Bansos, which will be given to pregnant women to toddlers or children aged 0-6 years.

Unfortunately, the lack of information and socialization has made netizens invade the @ekemensosri Instagram account. Warganet asked about the requirements to get social assistance funds of Rp. 3 million.

The Ministry of Social Affairs through its social media pages socializes three kinds of social assistance which will be distributed simultaneously to all people in Indonesia. Social assistance will be provided to people who participate in the Family Hope Program (PKH), the Basic Food Card Program or Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT), and Cash Social Assistance (BST).

Quoting the legitimate site pkh.kemensos.go.id, Tuesday, January 12, the classification of beneficiaries (KPM) should be registered and present at the nearest health and teaching facilities.

There are several provisions that must be owned by prospective KPM recipients in the health sector. Among other things, examination of the womb for pregnant women, providing nutrition, immunization, and weighing the bodies of toddlers and preschool children.

"Just want to ask, what are the criteria for PKH? In my place, the one with a fairly capable economy, having a decent house, running a smooth business, owning a car, rice fields too, and most of it ... is that fair ?? " write the @fitri_advent account.

Not only that, some netizens also demanded the Ministry of Social Affairs to immediately update the data on social assistance recipients so that the assistance provided is right on target.

"In the data again, ma'am, both new ones for KK and old ones, don't give the deceased, don't give it to those who are still alive," wrote the @ariandann account.
