Meeting With The United Nations, PPP Has Communication With KIB, Alludes To The Coalition No One Is Official

JAKARTA - PPP DPP chairman Achmad Baidowi or Awiek admitted that his party had communicated with political parties in the United Indonesia Coalition (KIB) regarding the meeting with the Crescent Star Party (PBB) today. Including the question of exploring with other parties.

"Of course communication with each other, I think it's good that KIB is still in rhythm," said Awiek at the DPP PPP Jakarta Office, Monday, March 13.

According to Awiek, the coalition may still change before the registration of presidential and vice-presidential candidates to the Indonesian KPU. Therefore, political parties are still free to explore cooperation towards the 2024 General Election.

"The problem is, now it has not determined the presidential candidate, it's a matter of time and once again we make sure there is no official coalition to this day. The official one will be at the KPU. It's like all of these people are fianc, last period there was a coalition member joining him during the process to the KPU. There was even a vice presidential figure changing in the last minute," said Awiek.

"Before the yellow leaves, it was all very possible, even the yellow lane curved by the penghulu did not come, it was not the marriage of the item," he added.

Awiek also assessed that although the coalitions are currently solid, they will become an official coalition if they have registered and registered the presidential candidate they brought to the KPU. However, he did not clearly mention the issue of rifts that had surfaced within KIB. "Even though today we are a solid coalition, the point at the KPU is with whom is invited to get married, who is in the KPU," he said.

The secretary of the PPP faction in the DPR added that KIB still wants troops to increase, not only three political parties.

"This is in the context of an effort, if then on the way it doesn't fit, it's only 3, so what can you do," said Awiek.
