MYD Is Also Obliged To Report To Polda, Papasan With Gisel?

JAKARTA - The suspect of the video nasty, Michael Yukinobu de Fretes, fulfilled the investigator's order to undergo compulsory reporting at Polda Metro Jaya. However, he admitted that he did not meet Gisella Anastasia or Gisel when coordinating with investigators.

"Yes, we are obliged to report today and we are indeed cooperative," MYD, who is familiarly called Nobu, told reporters, Monday, January 11.

"Oh, if it was (scheduled with Gisel) I don't know because we are alone," he continued.

Nobu admits that he did not communicate with Gisel after this nasty video case. He said he only focused on undergoing the ongoing legal process.

"Oh, until now there is no (communication)," he said.

In addition, Nobu also said that he did not know how long he had to undergo compulsory reporting. Because, in communicating with investigators there was no discussion of this matter.

"For that I don't know for sure. What is certain is that following the process, I must report every Monday (and) Thursday," he said.

Micchael Yukinobu De Fretes aka MYD is required to report. Gisel, too, must be obliged to report.

Michael Yukinobu De Fretes (MYD) and Gisella Anastasia alias Gisel were named as suspects in a pornographic video case, on December 29. Determination of the suspect after the two admitted that the cast in the video was them.

Investigators use Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 8 of Law Number 44 Year 2008 concerning Pornography.
