49-Year-Old Woman Dies Mysteriously In Bandung, Found Covered In Cloth

Bandung Police Investigators are investigating the case of a woman who was found dead mysteriously at her own home, Arjasari District, Bandung Regency, West Java. The Head of the Pamengpeuk Police, Kompol Imron Rosyadi, explained that the incident was discovered on Monday, March 6 at around 10:00 WIB. The woman who died mysteriously was named Kurnaesin (49). "The incident was known by the reporting witness as the victim's older brother," said Imron in Bandung, West Java, as reported by Antara, Tuesday, March 7. He explained that initially the victim's older brother intended to find the victim's news because he had not seen his sister for two days. Then the victim's brother went to the victim's house to find his whereabouts, but the door of his house was locked. "Then called there was no answer. Then the window window of his room was opened and the witness saw his sister lying in the room covered in a blanket," said Imron. Because his brother was suspicious, Imron said that his brother then asked the residents around him for help to break down the door of the house. After successfully breaking down, then his brother saw his sister in a dead condition. "Then the witness reported it to the police," he said. Imron explained that the police then went to the location and took the body to the Bhayangkara Sartika Asih Hospital in Bandung for an autopsy. Although his party is still waiting for the autopsy results, according to him the victim died in an unnatural condition. According to him, the woman is suspected of being a murder victim. "The results of the crime scene have signs that lead to criminal elements. But later it will be proven by a forensic doctor. So this is still waiting," he said. Police are still investigating to find out the cause of the victim's death. In addition, according to him, the police are still investigating the identity of the perpetrator. "We have also made various efforts to ask for statements from existing witnesses from local residents, and others," said Imron.
