Police Investigate The Death Of An Elementary School Child Victim Of A Junior High School Motorcycle Gang In Sukabumi

JAKARTA - The Sukabumi Resort Police (Polres) investigated the death of a grade VI student at SDN Sirnaganalih for allegedly being attacked by a motorcycle gang of junior high school students in the area when he was about to return to his home in Citepus PAM Village, Citepus Village, Palabuhanratu District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java.

"We are still investigating the alleged assault and abuse case at school today and resulted in the death of an elementary school student with the initials Ra (12), a man," said Sukabumi Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head AKP Dian Pornomo in Sukabumi, quoted from Antara, Sunday.

He said this incident began when the victim and several of his colleagues were about to return from school on foot.

The victim, who was walking at that time, had time to joke with his colleagues and was told by the cyomy seller not to joke on the side of the road worried about being hit by a car.

Not long after, a group of junior high school students came using a motorbike and carried a Dutch flag-like flag brandishing a sharp sickle.

The victim, who was walking to return home, was suddenly attacked so that his neck was badly injured. After carrying out the action, the perpetrators immediately fled leaving the victim.

At that time, the victim had asked the residents for help while crying and holding his neck which was seriously injured by a sharp weapon.

Residents who saw the incident immediately helped and took him to the Palabuhanratu Hospital.

However, the victim's life could not be saved because of the serious injuries he suffered.

"We have pocketed the identities of the perpetrators and the perpetrators are being chased," added Dian.

Walking Meanwhile, a Siomay trader who often hangs out at SMP 3 Palabuhanratu, Aji said the victim and his colleagues came home every day on foot and were occasionally picked up by their parents.

He also had time to reprimand the victim and his colleagues so they wouldn't joke on the way because they were worried about being hit or hit by a car.

But soon a group of students suspected of being junior high school students using motorbikes and carrying flags and sharp weapons did not come. The victim, who knew nothing, was suddenly attacked and stabbed by a group of students.
