JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the PKS Shura Council, Ahmad Heryawan (Aher), prays for the presidential candidate (readpres) Anies Baswedan to win as President of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) for the period 2024-2029. Aher conveyed the prayer at the opening of the PKS national working meeting (Rakernas) at The Sultan Hotel & Residence, Central Jakarta, Friday, February 24. In the event, Anies, who was just declared by PKS yesterday, was also present wearing a black coat and cap, wearing an orange tie complete. "Our party has decided that the presidential candidate for the Republic of Indonesia, namely Mr. Anies Rasyid Baswedan, is one of the best sons of our nation," said Aher. "Strengthening the presidential candidate promoted by PKS to become the president of the Republic of Indonesia for the upcoming 2024-2029," said the former governor of West Java in his prayer. Aher also hopes that his party can win in the upcoming 2024 General Election. "With your power to win PKS in the 2024 General Election," he said. "The Prosperous Justice Party is a common hope that can produce true leadership in realizing a just and prosperous people," continued Aher.
