Task Force For Yonif MR 413 Kostrad Builds Roads At The RI-PNG Border, This Is The Appearance

JAKARTA - Soldiers of the RI-PNG Military Service Task Force Infantry Battalion Raider 413 Kostrad Kostrad Pos Koya Koso together with the people of Endrekang Village, Abepura District, Jayapura City, held community service activities in the form of improving road access to water sources in Endrekang Village.

The RI-PNG Army Task Force Infantry Battalion MR 413 Kostrad Major Inf Anggun Wuriyant said the road access repair activities were carried out by the Koya Koso Post led by Serka Hendri Niko.

"This is evidence of the closeness of the Kostrad MR 413 Yonif Task Force, which has been operating since six months ago in the North Papua Sector, especially in Jayapura City," said Major Inf Anggun Wuriyanto as quoted by Antara, Friday, January 8.

He hopes that the unity of the TNI-People also needs to be done in the RI-PNG border area. Because the success of operating tasks in border areas cannot be separated from the role of closeness to the community.

Meanwhile, Serka Hendri Niko said that repairing roads to water sources has been a dream for residents.

"People find it difficult to reach only by using ordinary vehicles, especially since the land is slippery. People often fall up and down while taking water in that place. So that repairing this road is a dream with the people of Endrekang Village." explained Niko.

As a community leader, Herman (54) welcomed the work carried out by the MR 413 Kostrad Kostrad Kostrad Koso Post with the community.

"Hopefully this road construction can make it easier for people, especially like me, who is an old man, to collect water which is a basic necessity for our life," Herman hoped.
