Electability Of 3 Big Parpol In Kompas Research And Development Radar: PDIP And Golkar Up, Gerindra Down

JAKARTA - The Kompas R&D released the results of the latest political party electability survey (parpol) on Tuesday, February 21. In the top three electability of political parties, the position of political parties has not changed, namely occupied by PDIP, Gerindra and Golkar. In this survey, PDIP received an electability of 22.9 or an increase of 1.8 percent from the previous survey. Meanwhile, Gerindra decreased 1.9 percent to 14.3 percent. Similar to PDIP, Golkar also experienced an increase of 1.1 percent to 9 percent. "The Prabowo Subianto's candidacy by Gerindra seems to be more resistant to the decline in electability. This can be traced from the impact of Gerindra's electability/obtainment of votes from Prabowo's candidacy (coat tail/coattail effect) which is relatively fixed," wrote Litbang Kompas, Tuesday, February 21.

The next position is sequentially filled by Democrats 8.7 percent, NasDem 7.3 percent, PKB 6.1 percent, PKS 4.8 percent, Perindo 4.1 percent, PPP 2.3 percent and PAN 1.6 percent. The electability survey of the Litbang Kompas political party was conducted on January 25 - February 4, 2023, involving 1,202 respondents from 38 provinces in the country.

The sample was randomly selected using a multilevel systematic method, and the survey was conducted with face-to-face interviews.

Using this method, polls have a 95 percent confidence level, and a margin of error of approximately 2.83 percent.
