JAKARTA - Central Mamberamo Regent Ricky Ham Pagawak arrived at the Red and White House of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) at around 13.00 WIB, Monday, February 20. He was taken after being arrested in Abepura, Jayapura on Sunday, February 19.

From VOI's observation, Ricky came under tight guard from the police and KPK prison guards at around 12.58 WIB. He was seen wearing a dark blue jacket and his face was covered with a mask.

No statement has been made. Ricky, who has been on the run since July 15, only chose to wave.

Furthermore, investigators immediately took him up to the examination room. Later, the KPK will reveal the results through a press conference later.

"The RHP suspect was taken to the KPK's Red and White Building for further investigation," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Monday, February 20.

Ricky Ham Pagawak was arrested by the KPK on Sunday, February 19. The suspect in the alleged bribery, gratification and money laundering was found at his hiding house in Abepura, Jayapura.

It was stated that Ricky had fled to Papua New Guinea before returning to Papua. He fled last July after being named a suspect.

Previously, the KPK named Ricky Ham Pagawak as a suspect in the alleged bribery project in Central Mamberamo Regency, Papua. It is suspected that he received money from contractors who wanted to get projects in Central Mamberamo with a value of Rp. 300 million to billions of rupiah.

In addition, Ricky was named a suspect in the alleged crime of money laundering. There were a number of assets confiscated, including eight plots of land and buildings and five cars.
