When the personnel arrived at the location, it turned out that the source of the smoke came from one of the residents' houses that had caught fire and the joint team immediately pursued the perpetrator who ran towards Nipuralome Village.

"When they arrived in Nipularome Village, the joint team received shots from the KKB and the team immediately fired back at the shots," said Benny.

Furthermore, Benny revealed that there were no casualties from the KKB firefight and the officers.

"There were no casualties in this firefight, but there was material loss where the KKB set fire to a house beside the Telkom Tower. Currently, joint personnel are still guarding and patrolling around Ilaga City," he explained.

Until now, the crime scene (TKP) has not been implemented because it is constrained by a security situation that is still vulnerable.
