Former Banten Indonesian Women's Finalist Please Case Of Violence Against Student UPH Diusut Tuntas

TANGERANG - The case of violence experienced by a student at Pelita Harapan University (UPH) with the initials, AS, by the alleged perpetrator BJK went viral on social media. This has become a public conversation to get support from netizens and student friends on campus.

One of them, UPH student, Vanessa Karsten. He admitted that he did not know the victim, because the difference in his class class was too far away.

Nevertheless, he still hopes that the police can follow up on the case. So that the alleged perpetrator can be held accountable for his actions.

"Hopefully, it will be followed up, so that there will be justice for victims and accountability from the perpetrators," Vanessa said when met, Sunday, February 19.

Furthermore, the woman who is also a former finalist for Putri Indonesia Banten said that if the case can be investigated thoroughly. This is also a good response for awareness for other women.

"(So that) it can also be awareness for other women," he said.

Previously reported, a student from Pelita Harapan University (UPH) with the initials AS who was allegedly abused and threatened by the alleged perpetrator he knew from social media. The man has the initials BJK.
