Korlap Action 1812 Rizal Kobar And Asep Are Again Under Investigation About Alleged Prokes Violations

JAKARTA - Investigators from the Directorate of Criminal and Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya are again examining two field coordinators (Korlap) for the 1812 demonstration, Rizal Kobar and Asep Syaripudin regarding cases of alleged violations of the health protocol (prokes). This follow-up examination is because investigators still need their testimony.

"At the time of the examination yesterday, there were still a few more questions that we needed to convey to the two people, so there are two people we are carrying out this examination who are still lacking," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Wednesday, January 6 .

But Yusri did not clearly explain what the investigators would go into from the follow-up investigation. Currently, both of them are still undergoing examination.

"The two witnesses attended at 13.00 WIB this afternoon. Now investigations are still being carried out by investigators at the Directorate General of Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya, brothers RK and AS," he said.

Rizal Kobar and Asep Syaripudin underwent investigations on Tuesday, January 5. They are examined in the capacity as witnesses.

Rizal in the previous questioning mentioned that he would bring video evidence and hand it over to investigators. The video shows him urging the protesters to step down. As a coordinator, Rizal had followed the police's direction, which at that time asked the masses to disperse.

"There is a video of me asking the masses to resign," he said.
